Giving Tuesday Now is a day of global giving that will take place on Tuesday, May 5th in response to the unprecedented need caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
In order to have the biggest impact on our Haitian patients, we have set a goal to raise $2,000 in one day to support of WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene) program. The WASH Program provides clean water, soap, and handwashing education at a time when it is more important than ever to practice good hygiene and sanitation.
- $5 buys a hygiene kit with soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste
- $25 provides a water filter to a family that will last them 10 years
- $50 buys two water filters for 2 families in need
- $100 purchase four water filters for 4 families
- $1000 builds a latrine for a community of 50 people
