Inside the 6,000 square foot building, the main floor consists of eleven rooms, including exam and surgical areas and a pharmacy. The second story offers a kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, four open sleeping rooms, and access to a deck overlooking the sea. The top floor includes a living room, a workspace, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and access to the roof which supports solar panels and a windmill that collect power.
A new solar panel system has been installed in the summer of 2019 to provide basic power to the building. The roof also has two large water storage tanks which provide potable water to the building and hot water for the kitchen and showers comes from small solar panels that heat the water which is stored in a separate tank.
